ReviewSync will send messages on your behalf. By using these messaging features, you acknowledge and agree to pay all applicable usage fees.

It is your responsibility to monitor your usage and understand the associated costs.

6. Eligibility

To use our Service, you must be an authorised representative of a UK-registered company or a sole trader. By registering, you confirm that you have the legal authority to bind the business to these Terms.

7. Subscription and billing

  • Free trial: We offer a 14-day free trial for all new users.

  • Monthly subscription: After the trial ends, a monthly subscription fee applies.

  • Billing cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis until cancelled.

  • No refunds: All payments are final and non-refundable, including for partial months or unused features, except where required by law.

8. Payment

  • Payments are processed securely via our third-party payment provider, Stripe (https://stripe.com/gb).

  • A valid payment method is required beyond the free trial.

  • Failed payments may result in suspended access.

  • Prices are in GBP and may include VAT where applicable.

9. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time through your dashboard or by contacting us. You will retain access until the end of the current billing period, but no further charges will be made.

You agree not to:

  • Post or solicit fake or misleading reviews

  • Create multiple trial accounts

  • Register more than one free trial per business entity

  • Overuse or abuse automated features

  • Interfere with platform security or performance

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations.
